Hatter’s Garden of Curious Curiosities
A fairytale cocktail experience for the curious at heart.
Step inside Hatter’s Garden of Curious Curiosities, an immersive cocktail experience inspired by the whimsical world of AIW.
Here, cocktails are more than drinks — they are curious little chapters, poured with unusual ingredients, house-made creations, playful presentations, and a touch of theatrical wonder. Guests can expect a story-driven cocktail menu, enchanting details, photo-worthy corners, and an atmosphere that feels playful, curious, and delightfully unexpected.
Curious attire is encouraged, but never required.
Collectible Cards
Sip. Collect. Become one of the Curious Few.
One of the most exciting parts of Hatter’s Garden is our collection of beautifully designed collectible cards, created to pair with the curious world of the menu.
Each card is a little piece of the Garden to take with you — part souvenir, part storybook token, part secret invitation. Guests can collect their favorites, discover new designs, and keep an eye out for special cards as the Garden continues to grow.
Not every guest finds every curiosity.
Ask our team about the current collectible cards during your visit.

Walk-Ins Welcome
Hatter’s Garden is walk-in only.
We do not take standard reservations, but if you are planning to visit with a large party, please contact us ahead of time so we know to expect you. While we cannot guarantee immediate seating, we will do our very best to accommodate your group.
During our busiest times, we reserve the right to limit visits to two hours so more guests have the chance to enjoy the Garden.
Children, IDs & Cocktail Service
Hatter’s Garden is not a 21+ only experience, and well-behaved children are welcome to visit with their party.
That said, our cocktail program is designed for adults. All Hatter’s Garden cocktails, including our spirit-free creations, are available only to guests 21 or older with a valid government-issued ID.
We do not have high chairs or booster seats, and our space cannot accommodate strollers. Children must be able to sit safely in a standard chair and remain with their party throughout the visit.
Seating & Patio Note
Hatter’s Garden service is offered indoors only.
Patio seating is available through BTW, but we are unfortunately unable to offer Hatter’s Garden cocktail service outside. Guests wishing to enjoy the Hatter’s Garden menu should plan to be seated indoors.
Atmosphere
Hatter’s Garden is playful, theatrical, and atmospheric.
The space may be dimly lit at times, adding to the storybook feel of the experience. Guests should expect an immersive cocktail setting rather than a standard bar visit.
Photos Are Welcome
We love when guests capture the magic of the Garden.
Photography is welcome, but please be mindful of other guests. Flash photography, tripods, and blocking walkways may not be permitted. Please treat all décor, props, floral details, and installations with care.
Dress Code
There is no formal dress code.
Curious attire, garden party flair, storybook details, and themed outfits are always welcome — but never required. Come as you are, or as your most whimsical self.
Payment & Gratuity
We accept cash and most major credit cards.
A 20% gratuity may be added to parties of six or more.
Allergies & Menu Notes
Please let our team know about any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering.
Our cocktail menu may include house-made syrups, juices, citrus, herbs, spices, dairy, egg white, specialty garnishes, and other curious ingredients.
Our menu may change with the season, the story, or the mood of the Garden — so every visit may hold something new to discover.
