Tonight I watched the most unprofessional thing I’ve ever seen in a bar. I watched the bartender come up to a customer... and stick his tip back in the customers drink because he was unhappy with it. The bartender then continued to cuss out the patron. “Get the f*ck outta here” I was literally just trying to enjoy my night and had to listen to this. That’s besides the point of the customer was a friend of mine that I personally know comes in multiple times a week and spends a lot of money in this establishment and tips the bartenders a respectful amount. The owner Craig then entered Bru tap house where he owns also and began yelling across the bar that the customer needed to leave the establishment. The owner caused a huge scene that was completely unprofessional as well. I eventually asked to speak with the owner Craig who acted annoyed to even speak with me. I explained to him how unprofessional his employee was and he attempted to defend his bartenders actions saying “ you don’t understand what happened before hand” I’m sorry I don’t care what happened before then. It was unprofessional. When We called him out for defending his employee for acting so unprofessional in front of a full bar he got very angry and told me he doesn’t care if we ever returned. We spoke with Craig’s wife Rebecca luckily she’s a lot more level headed than her husband. We might return in the future but not really wanting to spend my money at an establishment that has such a unprofessional bartender and a even more unprofessional owner Craig. *** I should also add a positive to this. Noah the other bartender was extremely professional and a delight to deal with*** these workers need anger management and need to learn how to treat customers.read more

Please see your Google review. I'm not one for conflict but nobody will yell at my 76 year old, recently widowed mother... like she's a child. We did not ask for our meal to be comped but it should've been. If you insist in keeping this bartender I will have no choice but to contact APD, law enforcement, finally filing a civil action suit for discrimination. I cannot even believe anyone could yell at an elderly person like that. What kind of nutcases do you hire. This may say more about management than the person who actually did the dirty deed. You people disgust me.read more
